GENERAL

eldr AI is a product name of Fennaio. Fennaio is a trading name of Fennaio Integrated Artificial Intelligence Ltd, a UK registered company - 
                            12946173 and is subject to UK Law.

By registering with eldr using this form, you agree to, and are bound and agree to these Terms and Conditions & the Terms, 
                            Privacy Policy and Legal Overview
                            displayed on this website, and all local, national and international laws relevant to your circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between us (Fennaio) and you (the licensee - permitted user of eldr).

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the free account.

Fennaio will contact you within 7 days to arrange an optional demo.

There is no obligation whatsoever for you to purchase a Standard or Enterprise version of eldr AI while using the free account option.

eldr AI software is provided by Fennaio 'as is' without any warranty or guarantee whatsoever.

Fennaio reserves the right to cancel your free account at any time without warning based solely on our discretion.

Fennaio reserves the right to update any software at any time without warning, however Fennaio guarantees to inform you of 
                            what we decide at our discretion constitutes a major change to software function, capability or user interaction.

SUPPORT

- Fennaio will provide you with full email support in your free account

Fennaio aims to answer support emails within 24 hours during a United Kingdom standard working week of Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm GMT, 
                            however we reserve the right within the free account to respond to support requests at any time.

SECURITY

- Fennaio puts in all reasonable measures to ensure your data and transmissions are secure however we do not accept any responsibility for 
                            losses as a result of data security and data transmission.

You are not permitted to give anyone else access to the software by disclosure of your login details - only the login details 
                            (email address and password) you have provided and that have been verified by Fennaio are to be used to access the software, 
                            and only to be used by you.

For security and product development, Fennaio digitally records all usage and all interaction with the software 
                            which means gathering information from you including IP addresses and activity information.

By using our software you accept that you will be transmitting data over the world wide web. 
                            Although Fennaio uses all reasonable measures possible (encryption, software, hardware and the use of external trusted hosting companies) 
                            to make sure your data is secure and is retrieved, processed and stored in the strictest of confidence, we cannot be held responsible for your data
                            security once you have transmitted it from your organisation over the world wide web from 
                            malicious or non-malicious activities or events of any kind.

Fennaio aims to backup your data every 24 hours. Fennaio cannot be held responsible for any data loss occurring between data backups.

Under the UK Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, and our memebership of ICO, Fennaio has a duty to you, the data provider to handle and store 
                            your data in the strictest of confidence. We will only hold your data when relevant to the services we provide you. 
                            We will not give any of your data whatsoever to third parties. You are entitled to contact us to gain a copy of all the data we hold about you 
                            or your organisation.

All text, graphics and source code contained in the software are subject to copyright laws and cannot be reproduced in any form or by any means, 
                            including photocopying, recording or information storage, for any purpose other than personal use, without Fennaio's written consent.

LIABILITY

- Fennaio produces software to a professional standard in order to aid in Artificial Intelligence, 
                            however we accept no responsibility whatsoever for losses as a result of the use of our software.

Fennaio accepts no responsibility whatsoever for losses acquired from the correct or incorrect usage of any of our software products and the use of 
                            any information whatsoever contained in the software including predictions, recommendations and insights generated from the software.

eldr software is to facilitate the Artificial Intelligence process, and relies on data entered by you, the user, to function. 
                            Fennaio accepts no responsibility for the data entered. It is your responsibility to ensure the data you enter is accurate and 
                            based on your own observations and processes.

Fennaio uses bespoke and open source algorithms to carry out Artificial Intelligence. Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure these 
                            algorithms are effective, Fennaio makes no guarantee whatsoever that the algorithms are an exact representation of any situation at any given time.

FUNCTIONALITY

- Fennaio creates software that functions via a HTML5 enabled browser however we cannot test compatibility of every available device and 
                             therefore do not accept responsibility for losses as a result of our software not running on any device you or organisation run it on.

Although Fennaio undertakes all reasonable measures to make sure our software functions on all devices (Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Macs, Smartphones) 
                            via a HTML5 enabled browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera and Safari) we cannot guarantee that our software functions equally on all mentioned browsers 
                            and devices.

Fennaio will not accept any loss if the software does not function on your device or browser.
